E-Banking Services Representative, Panama City


Summit Bank is seeking an E-Banking Services Representative, located in our Panama City Beach office.  This is a full-time, non-exempt position in Operations, responsible for operational support of the E- Banking Department and E-Banking Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to, support for E-banking products including online banking, mobile banking, bill payment, eStatements, ACH, wires, credit and debit cards, remote deposit capture and Positive Pay. The E-Banking Services Representative will provide superior customer service and follow-through with customers and employees, work closely with customers and bank staff to ensure effective communication, provide technical support to customers as it relates to internet access to products and services, and be responsible for implementation, training and support of the following products: retail online banking, bill payment, ATM/Debit cards, business online banking, remote deposit capture, ACH and wires, etc.

We are interested in applicants with the following experience/background:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2 years of related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience with background in electronic banking services.
  • Basic knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, bank policies and procedures and the bank’s products and services; above average organizational and time management skills; proven ability to create priorities and follow through on projects; experience with word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs; above average attention to detail and accuracy; and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
