Andrew W. Stein
President/CEO and Director Of Summit Bank, N.A. and Summit Financial Enterprises, Inc.
Andrew Stein was Regional President of Regions Bank until April 2007. During his 11 years with Regions, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including Market President for Bay and Walton Counties, Group President for the Panhandle of Florida and Regional President for Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. From 1989 to 1997, he served as President and CEO of Florida First Bancorp, Inc., headquartered in Panama City, Florida. He continued his employment with Florida First after it merged with Regions in 1997. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Florida First, Stein held several positions of increasing responsibility with banks including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Lending Officer and Branch Administrator. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (license inactive). Stein has held several leadership positions with civic, philanthropic and governmental entities in the Panama City area.
Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Barbara Haag is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional with over 30 years' experience in the banking industry. Her early career included jobs on the teller line, in the accounting department, in data processing and in the internal auditing department. She has served as the Chief Financial Officer and/or Controller of three financial institutions, two of which were public companies. She has extensive experience in financial reporting for banks and preparing financial statements as well as a thorough understanding of regulatory reporting requirements. Her experience includes instituting and managing a system of internal controls and working with external auditors in the preparation of audit reports.
Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Frank Hall is Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Summit Bank where he is responsible for the oversight of all bank operations including private banking, information technology, compliance, loan and branch operations. He has been in the banking business for over 30 years and has a long history of contributing to the community. Prior to joining Summit Bank, he served in executive management roles with two regional banks.
Hall earned his Bachelor of Science degree in management from Florida State University Panama City in 1989 and graduated from the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking 2004. He currently serves on the Florida State University - Panama City Dean’s Council as chairman. He also serves as the treasurer of the Bay Education Foundation and board member on the Gulf Coast State College Foundation. He was appointed to the City of Lynn Haven’s CRA Advisory Board in 2016 and was appointed to the Citizens’ Oversight Committee for the Half Cent Sales Tax by the Bay County Commission in 2017.
Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer
Jim Looker is Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer of Summit Bank where he is responsible for the oversight of all lending operations including consumer, commercial, real estate and loan operations. He has been in banking for over 28 years, with a primary focus on lending, cash management and business development. Before joining Summit Bank, Looker was President of Lending for the Florida Panhandle for Colonial Bank for 18 months.
Prior to that, he was the Senior Lender for Regions Bank in the Florida Panhandle from 1999-2006. Looker has had an active role in community development, serving as a board member of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, Panama City Rotary Club, Gulf Coast Community College Foundation, Bay Arts Alliance, Panama City Employees Pension Board and Panama City Marine Institute. Looker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Stetson University and is a graduate of Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking.

President, Summit Wealth Management Group
Greg Scott joined Summit Wealth Management Group in May 2008, following a six-year tenure with Morgan Keegan. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University and holds several securities licenses including Branch Manager and Registered Principal. Prior to his career in finance, he served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a helicopter pilot. In 2008, Scott was named the #5 Best Bank Investment Consultant in the United States.
Senior Vice President, Credit Department Manager
Steve handles oversight responsibility for the bank’s credit administration and portfolio management. Steve joined Summit Bank in March 2012 and has steadily increased his responsibilities in managing the bank’s growing loan portfolio and assisting lending officers to meet clients’ business and personal financial needs in all four bank locations. He earned his BS in Accounting from Florida State University.
Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager
Jeffrey K. Dibenedictis has joined the Panama City office of Summit Bank as Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. He is a banking executive with 25 years of experience in client account development and is recognized for delivering high-level customer service. His background includes commercial bank management and responsibility for a regional loan portfolio of $187+ million.
Jeffrey is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is a board member of the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce since 2012 and the Gulf Coast State College Foundation since 2000. His community involvement also includes serving on the 2012 Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association and as the Inaugural Chairman for the March of Dimes Signature Chef Fundraiser in 2010 and 2011.
Norris F. McMahon
Senior Vice President, Escambia and Santa Rosa Markets
Norris McMahon is the Senior Vice President for the Escambia and Santa Rosa markets. He joins an outstanding team in Pensacola and brings more than 30 years of banking experience, with a primary focus on lending, loan management and business development. Prior to joining Summit Bank, he served for 22 years as Senior Vice President in commercial banking with another local financial institution.
Norris has been active in community development and public service, serving in leadership positions with numerous local nonprofit and community groups. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Pensacola, past president and treasurer of Pensacola Country Club, and participant in the Fiesta of Five Flags. He is a graduate of Pensacola State College, after which he attended Florida State University and the University of West Florida. His post-graduate education includes the Graduate School Banking at Louisiana State University and the Synovus Leadership Institute.

Senior Vice President/Chief Accounting Officer
Lesley Miller, Senior Vice President/Chief Accounting Officer, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years' experience in the financial institution industry. She has worked as a Controller and Financial Reporting Manager for two publicly held banks. She has also served as a Chief Financial Officer of two local credit unions.
Her experience includes regulatory financial reporting, all aspects of accounting and managing check and ACH processing departments, as well as an IT department.
Miller is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
